CNAs especially those working in long-term care settings like nursing homes often express their frustration with how heavy their workloads are, that they have so many heavy and demanding patients, and how they have difficulty finishing everything that is required of them to complete their shift. They often mention how they would have to spend extra time on many difficult and demanding patients.
